Flash messages affecting page height

Hey guys, I really love your work but... what the hell? You edit some project, ready to click on the next one in the list, when out of sudden the whole page moves by 50 pixels.

Could they just hover over some part of the header with a decent transparency while clicking on it (or staring for 3 seconds) makes it disappear?

Would be nice if you can fix this in some way. Keep up the good work and thanks,
