[feature/refactoring] - Web hooks data posts

When using PHP (latest 5.3.x on Debian Squeeze + dotdeb packages) i had hard times making web hooks working. In fact i was able to get Github's data from $_POST['payload'] (as stated in http://help.github.com/post-receive-hooks/) while Gitlab sends the data in $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA global (for the record, which you can get with file_gets_contents('php://input')).

My 2 cents are that i think it would be more homogeneous to mimic Github's behavior so we can use the existing hooks working for Github (some web apps provide web hooks).
